2. Bestëmmt den Installatiounsprozess vum Stahlraumrahmen no der Kraaft a strukturell Charakteristiken vum Gitter an den aktuellen Baubedéngungen op der Plaz;

3. Nodeems de Stahlraumrahmen installéiert ass, sollt et gepréift ginn:

a.Déi zulässlech Wäert vun der vertikaler an horizontaler Säitlängtabweichung ass 1/2000 vun der Längt, a soll net méi wéi 30 mm sinn;

b.Déi zulässlech Wäert vum Zentrum Offset soll 1/3000 vun der Spannung vum Stahlraumrahmen sinn, a soll net méi wéi 30 mm sinn;

c.Fir de Meshframe, deen vun der Peripherie ënnerstëtzt gëtt, ass déi zulässlech Héichtabweichung 1/400 vun der Nopeschstützung, a soll net méi wéi 15 mm sinn, an de Maximum an de Minimum soll net méi wéi 30 mm sinn;fir de Mesh Frame, dee vu méi Punkten ënnerstëtzt gëtt, ass déi zulässlech Héichtabweichung 1/800 vun der Nopeschstützung, a soll net méi grouss sinn wéi 30mm;

d.Entdeckt d'Deflektioun vum Gitter no de Spezifikatioune an Designfuerderunge.No der Konstruktioun däerf d'Deflektioun vum Stahlraumrahmen net méi wéi 115% vum Designberechnungswäert sinn.(Maximal Oflehnungswäert vum Gitterrahmen L/250)

4. Wann et lokal Schweessbäll gëtt, gëtt d'Groove-Schweißen fir d'Schweißkugel an d'Staang benotzt, an d'Schweißnahtgrad sollt net manner wéi déi zweet Grad sinn.

5. Nodeems d'Installatioun vum Stahlraumrahmen ofgeschloss ass, soll d'Uewerfläch vun de Raumrahmengelenken a Stäben propper a gratis vu Narben a Dreck sinn.D'Gelenker an iwwerschësseg Lächer vun de Bolzenkugelgelenker solle mat Fett gefëllt a versiegelt ginn.

6. Während der Benotzung vum Gitter sollt all 4 bis 5 Joer ëmfaassend Anti-Korrosiounsunterhalt duerchgefouert ginn.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
